Who We Are - Kazmira Pharmacy

Kazmira Pharmacy is a Colorado-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy preparing individualized, THC-free cannabinoid medications based on patient-specific prescriptions. Each medication is compounded only after receiving a clinician’s written instructions.

All medications are prepared individually under controlled 503A procedures with pharmacist oversight. We do not compound in bulk, provide medical advice, or sell retail or over-the-counter CBD products. All clinical decisions and follow-up care remain with the prescribing clinician.
